Booking FAQHow do we join a tour?
Contact us using the Quote Request Form and let us know how we can help you. We will provide a detailed quotation for the tour along with booking instructions.
Who can join a tour?
We accept reservations from both individual and groups. There is a minimum number of 25 paying passengers to privatize a tour departure. Single passengers are required to pay a single supplement.
What is the per person price?
Tour prices are per person based upon shared twin or double hotel accommodations.
What is included in the price?
Price includes all itinerary inclusions and accommodations listed on the web site and provided in our personal quotation to you.
What is not included in the price?
We do not include drinks with meals, tips for drivers, guides, and tour directors, and items of a personal nature such as laundry or mini-bar.
What is a Single Supplement?
This supplement applies to have your own room each night. Package prices are based upon two passengers sharing a twin or double room. A single passenger is responsible for the remaining half room cost.
Do you offer Travel Insurance?
Yes, we strongly recommend customers purchase travel insurance to cover any need to cancel or interrupt you trip. We include the cost of travel insurance at the time of quotation. Travel insurance must be purchased by the time of full payment.
Is there a passenger tour minimum?
Yes, our tours are based on us booking at least 25 passengers. Should this minimum not be met, we reserve the right to cancel the departure. I such cases, we provide full refund of all monies paid and or an option to be placed on another tour.
What is included in the meals?
Meals for lunch are normally 2 courses with a choice of entrée. Meals for dinner are 3 courses with a choice of entrée. Meals are based on standard group menus or buffet depending upon hotel or local restaurant. Meals do not include drinks and must be paid locally by each customer.
Is porterage included?
Yes, we include porterage of one piece of luggage at the hotels. In certain cities, we are able to provide porterage at the airports, but for the most part porterage at airports is not available. Additional luggage will be subject to extra fees.
Are tips included?
Tips for guides, drivers, and tour director are not included and are at your discretion. Standard tips for meals and hotel services are included.
Can the itinerary be changed?
No, all tours offer a set group itinerary and individual participants may not customize the inclusions or accommodations. Instead, you may customize your own group tour itinerary. Contact us to learn more.
Can I book my own air?
Yes, you may book your airline ticket on your own purchase the land only arrangements.
Are airline fuel surcharges included?
Yes, we include airline fuel surcharges in the package price.
Are airline departure, custom and security fees and taxes included?
No, all airline taxes and fees are additional and included on your final invoice.
Are Frequent Flyer Miles applicable?
Yes, all airfares are on regular scheduled service that is eligible for frequent flyer mileage. You must contact the airline to provide your member account.
What are your hotel standards?
Most itineraries are based on four star first class hotels. In some cases, we also offer three star superior tourist class hotels. Hotel categories are confirmed at time of booking. All hotel rooms have private bath or shower and include porterage.
What time is hotel check in available?
Hotel check in is normally available at 3pm. We cannot guarantee any earlier check in.
What type of breakfast is included?
We base our tours on full buffet breakfast which includes a selection of both hot and cold food.
What are the luggage restrictions?
Tour participants may bring one standard piece of luggage due to coach limitations.
Where do we meet?
All tours begin at the arrival airport. Your tour director will be visible with signage to provide Meet & Greet for the tour.
When do we receive our travel documents?
All documentation is issued 21 days prior to departure.
Travel documents and detailed itineraries are express mailed.
